No Returns Policy

At Fam Driven, all of our products are made-to-order, ensuring that every item is custom-crafted just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed. This policy helps us maintain the highest quality and ensures that each product is uniquely tailored to our customers.


Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in producing and shipping your items. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. To report an issue:

  1. Email us at Ethan.burton@famdriven.com with your order number.
  2. Include photos of the damaged or defective item.
  3. Provide a brief description of the issue.

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit.


Order Modifications and Cancellations

Since all products are made to order, we cannot accommodate cancellations or modifications once production has begun. If you need to update your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase at Ethan.burton@famdriven.com.
