Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive a notification once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days. Additional charges apply and will be shown at checkout.

Free standard shipping is available for orders over $99.

Shipping Locations

  • Currently, Fam Driven ships to all U.S. states and territories.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor the status of your shipment.

Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to deliver orders on time, unexpected delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volumes.
  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at Ethan.burton@famdriven.com for assistance.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Fam Driven is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks them as delivered.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please email us at Ethan.burton@famdriven.com within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
